West Lulworth Parish Council have covered the full cost of having the clock faces refurbished.  We believe that the faces have been on the tower since the early 1950s when the tower was shortened.  The one facing the sea has suffered the most.  With thanks to Leon Harvey (shown holding one of the faces) and Scott Lewis of Lewis Stonework for their efforts.  Hopefully the clock faces will now be good for another 70+ years.
